Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Troy Atelier. Each piece we create is made to order with exceptional care, precision, and craftsmanship. Because our items are custom-produced, handcrafted, and highly delicate, we have a strict refund and return policy to protect the integrity of our work and ensure fairness to our customers.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our sculptures and architectural miniatures, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Please review product details, dimensions, and photos carefully before purchasing.

2. No Returns for Damage Caused After Delivery

Our products are fragile art pieces and must be handled with care. Damage occurring after delivery is not eligible for refund or replacement. This includes accidental damage, improper handling, environmental damage, or attempts to modify or repair the product.

Troy Atelier is not responsible for any damage reported after the item has been successfully delivered to the shipping address.

3. Shipping Damages

All orders are inspected, documented, and securely packaged prior to shipment.

If your item arrives visibly damaged due to shipping, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. All claims must include:

  • Clear photos of the damage

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping box

  • The order number

  • A description of the issue

Failure to provide complete proof may result in a denied claim.

If the shipping carrier confirms the damage occurred in transit, we will determine whether a repair, replacement, or partial credit is appropriate. Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.

4. Order Cancellations

Because each piece is custom printed and crafted immediately after purchase, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they have entered production. All cancellations are denied after this stage.

5. Color, Texture, and Minor Variations

Due to the handcrafted and 3D-printed nature of our pieces, slight variations in texture, layering, color tone, or small details may occur. These are not considered defects and are not eligible for refund or replacement.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Troy Atelier is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and security of their delivery address.

7. Customer Responsibility

By purchasing from Troy Atelier, customers acknowledge and accept the following responsibilities:

  • Providing accurate shipping and contact information

  • Ensuring safe receipt of packages

  • Handling items with appropriate care

  • Understanding that products are artistic, handcrafted pieces that may have minor natural variations
