Troy Atelier produces handcrafted, small-batch decorative art pieces. Each item may contain slight variations in color, texture, or finish due to the artisanal nature of the production process. These natural variations are not considered defects.

Dimensions, photos, and descriptions are provided to the best of our ability; however, minor differences may occur.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices shown on our website are listed in USD.
We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be completed at checkout. Orders are not processed until full payment is received. We accept the payment methods listed on our website.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Processing times vary depending on product complexity and order volume. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Troy Atelier is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses or carrier issues.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify or cancel the shipment.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Damage Policy

Because our products are handcrafted, fragile, and made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

A refund or replacement will only be issued if the product arrives damaged during transit and meets all conditions below.

Qualifying for a damage claim:

  1. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. You must provide clear photographs of:

    • The damaged product

    • The exterior shipping box

    • All internal packaging materials

    • The shipping label

  3. The damage must be consistent with shipping impact or carrier mishandling.

  4. The item must not have been used, displayed, altered, or repaired.

If the evidence does not confirm shipping-related damage, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

Claims that are not eligible include:

  • Damage occurring after the item has been opened or displayed

  • Damage caused by customer handling, drops, or improper unboxing

  • Attempted repairs, gluing, or modifications

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or detail

  • “Changed my mind” or dissatisfaction with subjective attributes

  • Incorrect size chosen by the customer

  • Missing or incomplete evidence required for evaluation

  • Claims submitted after the 48-hour window

Troy Atelier reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet the above requirements.

7. Order Cancellations

Because each product is made to order, orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. If cancellation is possible, it will only be approved at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

Troy Atelier is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

  • Misuse of products after receipt

  • Inaccurate user-submitted information

Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the product purchased.
